At ENEREZON, every batch undergoes stringent third-party microbiological and potency verification. If you receive a damaged, unsealed, or compromised product, we will immediately replace it or issue a 100% refund.
Unopened supplement tubs with original safety seal intact can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened consumables cannot be returned unless verified defective.
Once returned items are received and inspected at our distribution facility, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
